  • 1 focaccia cinquanta 210 g
  • Fromage frais
  • Red onion
  • Round radishes
  • Chioggia beetroot

  • Toast the focaccia for around 4-6 minutes at 250°C.
  • Spread the fromage frais on the base
  • Finely cut the onions and chioggia beetroot.
  • Cut the radishes, cherry tomatoes and mango into quarters
  • Put the vegetables on the focaccias.
  • Add a few leaves of rocket, the pomegranate, spring onions and micro-greens.
