- 1 focaccia cinquanta 210 g
- Fromage frais
- Red onion
- Round radishes
- Chioggia beetroot
- Cherry tomatoes
- Rocket
- Spring onion
- Pomegranate
- Mango
- Micro-greens
Preparation steps
- Toast the focaccia for around 4-6 minutes at 250°C.
- Spread the fromage frais on the base
- Finely cut the onions and chioggia beetroot.
- Cut the radishes, cherry tomatoes and mango into quarters
- Put the vegetables on the focaccias.
- Add a few leaves of rocket, the pomegranate, spring onions and micro-greens.
